2.1 Information You Provide

Booking information: property addresses, tour dates, times, and explorer notes.
Payment information: processed securely through Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
Waitlist information: name, email address, and role (buyer or investor).
Communications: messages sent to us via email or support channels.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

Log data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps.
Session data: session start/end times, connection quality metrics, and heartbeat signals.
Location data: GPS coordinates of explorers at arrival time, used for fraud prevention and dispute resolution.
Device information: device type, operating system, and browser version.

2.3 Payment Information

All payments are processed by Stripe. We store only a reference to your Stripe customer ID. We do not store credit card numbers, CVV codes, or full card details.

3. How We Use Your Information

Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
Process bookings and payments.
Match requesters with available explorers.
Send transactional emails (confirmations, receipts, arrival notifications).
Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud and disputes.
Maintain audit logs for billing accuracy and dispute resolution.
Communicate with waitlist members about early access.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

Stripe: for payment processing.
LiveKit: for live video streaming infrastructure.
Mailgun: for transactional email delivery.
Law enforcement: when required by law or to protect the safety of users or the public.

5. Session Logging

LivScope maintains detailed logs of all sessions for fraud prevention and dispute resolution, including:

Timestamps of booking, payment, explorer arrival, and stream start/end.
GPS coordinates of the explorer at arrival time.
Connection state changes for both requester and explorer.
Heartbeat records confirming active presence during sessions.
Billing events and amounts charged.

Live session streams are not permanently recorded or stored by LivScope after the session ends.

6. Data Retention

We retain account information for as long as your account is active. We retain billing and session logs for a minimum of three (3) years for dispute resolution and compliance. Waitlist data is retained until you request removal or the waitlist closes.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@livscope.com. Note that some data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

8. Cookies

LivScope uses cookies solely to maintain your login session. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, bcrypt password hashing, and secure session management. No method of internet transmission is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
